His athletic prowess led him to the University of Guelph in 2017, where he continued to excel on the football field.

During his summer breaks, Ben immersed himself in the world of pool construction, working for a well-established Burlington pool company founded in 1967. It was during these formative years that Ben truly fell in love with the intricate process of bringing these ambitious projects to life.
